What is Ectropion Repair?

Ectropion repair corrects the outward turning of an eyelid (typically the lower eyelid). Ectropion exposes the inner portion of the eyelid as well as the eye to the air, exacerbating the dry eye symptoms: blurry vision, tired, burning eyes, red eyes and sometimes tearing.

What is Entropion Repair?

Entropion repair corrects the inward turning of an eyelid (typically the lower eyelid). Entropion causes the eyelashes to rub against the surface of the eye. This can lead to severe irritation and decreased vision and if left untreated, it can lead to permanent scarring and vision loss.
